The Smell Test

Genuine natural latex has a mild, milky rubber scent that fades in 1-2 days. Synthetic latex has a sharp chemical odour that lingers. If it smells like a tyre factory — it's fake.

The Temperature Test

Press your hand into the pillow for 10 seconds. Natural latex stays cool and springs back instantly. Memory foam retains heat and recovers slowly. Cool + instant rebound = real latex.

A genuine natural latex pillow is noticeably heavier than a synthetic one of the same size. Natural latex is dense and solid. Light and hollow feeling? It's synthetic foam pretending to be latex.

Pack the pillow in its original packaging (or any secure packaging). Ensure it's clean and unused condition.

We arrange pickup from your address at no cost to you. Our courier partner will collect within 2–3 days.

Refund processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the pillow. Full amount credited to original payment method.

Every KRIT pillow is vacuum-compressed and sealed for safe transit. The pillow fully expands within 24–48 hours of unboxing. This is completely normal.
